Remarks :

A very positive thing about my college is, as it is situated in a village area, it provides us a peaceful and study atmosphere. There is very rare chance for distraction. It gives importance on a student's all-round development.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is perfectly divided into 8 semesters having two semesters in each year. There is an internal exam of 30 marks and external or end term exam of 50 marks and a practical exam of 20 marks which is before the end term exam.

Placement Experience :

As i mentioned above it is a developing branch manager n india. The senario is really bad. In government sectors it is little difficult to get placed. But it is easy to get jobs in private sector. Like ladoratoris, Truth labs etc

College Events :

There are many different types of events are organised here. welcome function for the first year students is arranged by the 2nd year students. Annual sports day, dramatic function, literary events and annual function are celebrated here.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes the college provides OUAT merit scholarship of 5500 rupees per student per year depending on the rank, and GPA etc. No the college doesn't provide any special education loan but allows students to take study loan from nationalised banks to continue their education.

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumni network is very wide. Our seniors are very helpful. They don't treat us as juniors rather as brothers and sisters.they guide us in study and give us advice in our studies as well as give us the help we need.

Admission :

As i cracked the OUAT entrance exam and then attended the counselling held at Bhubaneswar OUAT and then according to my rank i got a seat in agriculture Department, then on a particular date i came to the college and took admission by paying necessary fee.

Faculty :

The college faculties here are highly experienced and dedicated professionals. They give importance to both theory and practical. They always recommend us to refer books instead of giving yhe the readymade notes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Courses are well but some courses which are university provided courses may not such important but some may help in carrier development But some courses are not related to the main course such like livestock management should be like business course they should teach how to manage the live stocks but actually they are providing reproduction system in animals which I think is not required soo.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the curriculum is quite apt for the students of any branch reading in the university. The curriculum is made by different highly qualified teachers in a group discussion meeting. The course and curriculum are changed every year so there isn't any particular areas to improve

Course Curriculum Overview:

Agriculture has my interest from the very beginning. It's very interesting to know so much about the plants that we see everyday.... It's like becoming a doctor for the plants as plants don't tell you their problems... You gotta find out yourself and agriculture gives you that skill

Course Curriculum Overview:

Basically as in Maximum cases one opt for this course due to failure in NEET as a plan B or as a Bsc course than the common Other Bsc course. As far the course is concerned we will connect to the nature more in this course Full practical knowledge is needed which makes it more interesting. Along with it has vast scope in future. Here we have both digital and physical methods for the teaching part. As per exams is concerned 1 semester have 2 fold examination 1 mid term and 1 end sem along with practical examination. On examination difficulty the greater the preparation the greater the outcome. Go well with Books and your own personalized notes then you are 101% good to go with exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Agriculture is a broad course in which there is a scope of jobs in many private and government sector as india is agricultural country, there is a lot of things to learn like the life of rural society of india, learning the practices of doing sustainable farming and development of economy through agriculture The course has some disadvantages like it is too much bulky and hard because of huge number of subjects per semester The course should keep in mind the development of knowledge through particular area of interest in a student Exams are difficult as well as contains high level of mental ability to be used. The semester are 8 and there is midterm in every semester excluding the last two semesters

Placements come in the final year, i.e., 4th year. The average annual package is 4 LPA but students usually prepare for government exams like AAO, ASCO, Seed conservation officer, OCS, and UPSC. I am preparing for UPSC.

As Agriculture is the backbone of India so I choose the course. There are a lot of faculty members for nearly 170 students. Mostly all the faculty members are Ph.D. and their teaching methods are very excellent Exams are tough and very clean
