Course Curriculum Overview :

Yes the course curriculum is according to the university. Exams are there every sem. Yes it is reserch driven and knowlege oriented. Yes there is good exposure to technology and new trends. Students do feel proffesionally sound after studying here. Placements are provided.any industrial visits are also organised for students.

Placement Experience :

They provide placements from many companies. They offer various other courses also so many companies visit the company.

College Events :

Lots of fest is organised. Debates and seminars. Cultural programme are organised. Where students from the college can participate. Sports events are also organised. They are seperate. College invests lots of money in them. It's fun college. Selection for the programmes is tough though.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Ya it's feasible. It's according to your rank in cet. Which is a entrance exam in Karnataka. They are other exams like comedk through which can be written. But fees may vary there. Fees is less only. Yes they do charge additional for transport. To secure admission u needn't pay additional charge. We need to pay according to the cet.

Fees and Financial Aid :

Ya through my merit I got a loan for my studies. I repaid the loan wen I got the job. No the college didn't guide me. I myself applied seperately in sbi.

Campus Life :

Ya it's nice. Equal amount of girls and guys. Infact girls are more. Fest is organised very year. They respect all religions and castes. There is no gender inequality. They is no caste inequality also. Pretty peaceful and good place to study your degree.

Alumni/Alumna :

Seniors are helpful. Friendships are maintained. No ragging.they gve suggestions and ideas to study better. They interact well with juniors they guide them.

Admission :

I got addmission to the college I got admission through cet. Admission is through the kea. It's usually in July. First we need to select the college and then visit the cet cell to secure our admmission according to our rank we get the admitted. Online process is also there. Then we need to visit the campus.

Faculty :

Faculty is good. They are well versed. They are technically good and give good training. They provide both theory n experimental knowlege. They interact with students well. Lecturer are having good connections with students. Average age is quite less. They are new lecturers. Senior lecturer is also there.

A short review on ASE- Bengaluru

Placement Experience:

Last year due to recession the placements were low comparatively. From semester 7 onwards we are eligible for campus placements. I do not exactly have the correct statistics, but all the students who tried outside got the jobs easily. Highest package 32 lacks and least goes upto 3 lacks per annum. Last yearpercentage of students placed is 66 and before that it was more than 90 My plan is to get a good job, after the degree and if I cannot get a good job then I will go for higher studies abroad.

NITK: The college for the best

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements by the start of the 7th semester, and the internships by the 5th semester. Since Mangalore has many MNCs, most of the campus drives start with those companies. We have an average package of 18LPA and it varies according to each branch of engineering. Mostly all the computer science-related branches have 23LPA as their average and the core branches have 14LPA. Almost 95 per cent of the students get placed. The highest package has even crossed 50LPA.

Things you should know about presidency University

Course Curriculum Overview:

As the computer science was booming and also beeing an aspiring student towards that field I had decided to do CSE. The curriculum is was less practical towards the real world applications. They should have include industry professionals to teach they would have better knowledge and experience. Every one we used to have exam like mid term , FA, and end terms. Difficulty depends upon prepration level done by student.

Placement Experience:

They are eligible for placements after 4th semester and the placements are average, a lot of companies have visited I can't say them all ex like Infosys, TCS , and a lot of American and Taiwanese companies, the highest place ment in this campus was around 28lpa and average is around 1L and the percentage of students getting placements are below average like every other college cause this mostly depends on you and not the college its all based on your skill set. My plans are to get a job with a good lpa and I'm confident about that because I have a good skillset which would benefit the companies.
