Remarks :
First of all our college starts too early and then the classes duration is too long for 1hr. There been continuously classes for 3 to 4 hrs and we got a break of 1 hr then again classes begin.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Learning time we get is 4 months and every half yearly semester exam are being held Some placement required seminars are being organised. But we the bcom students have to concentrate on the theory work more that practical work. There isn't any industrial visit by the students as per i know.
Placement Experience :
Till now no company has visited our college for placement internship. I have been admitted in this college last year so from then i haven't seen any company being stood up for placement orientation or any other. Since our college have higher course too so i think they have met placements seminars.
College Events :
Freshman Social is been organised by the college for the new commers. Then Cultural week is being organised by kur cultural forum of the college. College week is being held where no. of event's of sports take place. Saraswati Puja Foundation Day Ncc Day Farewell
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The form fill up is been done online through online payment system. then after each sem we have to take admission. There are various schemes where the students of low income families gets free admission every odd semester. The fees structure is good and feasible for any middle class family.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I haven't applied for any scholarship during the college period.There sometimes comes news of any scholarship but no notice is been covered by college regarding this so thinking its a lengthy process its been ignored.Since its a govt institute govt have diff scheme for the needy one and one must apply in that.
Campus Life :
Gender Ratio is 6:4. The College Organises various workshops and many large no. of students takes part in it.There is a vast diversity in the students as many students come from the nearby states taking therr culture too. Our college have an extra Society for the Boro students headed by the boro seniors of our college. Various activities are being held for Freshers. Very Well in Sports activity college week ceremony.
Hostel Facilities :
I haven't opted for the college hostel because my home in near the college so i don't have to take any extra hostel room. The college hostel facility is good and quite efficient for every class of family. The hostel criteria is being seen through merit list. Apart from Hostel Nearby Private Pgs offer quite good facilities for the abroad students.
Alumni/Alumna :
Seniors are very helpful and caring. When you enter a new college you always have a fear of being ragged. But here senior member are most friendly one.
Admission :
I opted for Bcom Honours Course. I have got admission through the merit list category. The factors made me go into this institution is that this was the most convenient institution of me regarding in evry matter to be taken as concern like factors of communication cost education quality etc. Admission Procedure Fill up of online form Declaration of results of merit list. Faculty :
There are nearly 50 lecturers. Average age upon 25+. Qualification Mcom passed or any higher degree. There are various departments in our college regarding evry subjects and the new junior teacher are being trained by the departmental head upon how to make students understand how to give the knowledge how to represent the topics.
