Remarks :

The option to chose elective subjects in the semesters to help student show their interest and gain skills in the subjects that are remotely connected to the course. It also helps in minor projects that are an important part of the course.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The Department offers MSc Computer Science with a specialization in Intelligent Systems which is a great addition to student learning. It is a 2 years course which also offers elective subjects in all semesters except the first.

Placement Experience :

The course structure helps students get well versed in the subjects that help in the placement process. The placements are great and few of the pass outs of earlier batch work in the MNCs as well. Others are pursuing PhDs.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee for the program is very affordable and the quality of education that is provided in this course fee is praiseworthy in itself. Limited scholarships are approved while none are provided by the university itself.

Campus Life :

Fully equipped General Computing Lab, Fully equipped Signal Processing and Intelligent Systems Lab are present and all other labs are good as well. Digital classrooms with LCD Projector and WiFi Internet Access is also available to facilitate our learning.

Admission :

To get admitted to the MSc. course you must meet some criteria set by the university which are basically your Bsc./B tech marks should be above 55% some relation is given to students belonging to the category. Also, there is a need to appear for the entrance exam by the university.

Faculty :

The faculty is highly motivated to help the students and support us. They are very qualified as well as they all hold P.hD. in their subjects. The faculty also direct us towards correct choice in elective subjects in case you are confused.

Review on my beloved college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always like science field and the practicals included were really interesting . I wanted to be in science field because of practicals and many things can be applied in our daily life Curriculum really prepare us for real world applications and also for higher studies. Some teachers are not much active and the didn't complete syllabus in the right time. I think they should set a timetable and cover syllabus before exam . Exams are conducted for 3 hours and that's enough to finish it. The exams are not much difficult and questions are direct .

The name is enough. MAHARAJAS. As the name says its royalty makes the college very familiar. A good ambience for studying and enjoying the campus life. The infrastructure is awesome.Its highlights are malakhakkulam, nishabdha varanda , Berlin bench , piriyan govani, etc.

Remarks:

They provide very good lab for Microbiology and biochemistry students, one of the best and biggest under the University of Calicut. The negative remarks about the college is the toilet facilities which is very dirty and is not cleaned daily (or even weekly).
