Remarks :

Govt transport doesn't goto college while it goes for 3km far bus stop i.e. bagalur cross which had forced the students to opt for another 10-16k annually for bus fees Alumni network is strong and HODs keep in touch for any such activities which are organised regularly

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course is really helpful in gaining knowledge of the curriculum as well as the mini projects which are a part of internal evaluation of the student. Mini project is available to limited colleges as NMIT being an autonomous institution has the right to design the curriculum most suitable for industry and it's standards which has attracted many companies for recruitment at the college

Placement Experience :

More than 60 companies come to recruit which is growing every year as the performance of the students is getting better while the students are using the facilities and infrastructure which is wide and open enough to encourage innovation that has led to innovation of in house mini satellite in collaboration with ISRO - StudSat

College Events :

Annual fest Anaadyanta during March went on to a 4day techno cultural fest in which many famous celebrities are invited to perform and enjoy and Ethnic day is organised every year during kannada Rajyotsava in November

Fee Structure And Facilities :

For ComedK it is very expensive while the students who have taken admission had to pay 40k annual fees whereas ComedK students had to pay 225k per annum.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

General education loans given by banks and scholarship program for SC/ST students is available as per govt norms while the Nepali students intake was high there at least 50-60 foreign students including students from different countries of Africa and Nepal and gulf countries too

All are well equipped with all the modern required equipments with diverse computer labs to

Hostel Facilities :

Never opted for hostel but the college has 3 boys and 2 girls in campus hostels all secured and enough room space for 2 to accommodate well and study and there were complaints about mess food otherwise it was good

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni network is strong and HODs keep in touch for any such activities which are organised regularly

Faculty :

They are all helpful and friendly,all the students had to do was to go tell them some issues while lecturers helped them on their own based on the common requirements of the students. The faculty is diverse while new joiners and other senior to mid level lecturers are there.Mtech students also get an early exposure to lectureship while invigilating the internal exams and then as per their performance they are appointed lecturers upon completion and interview selection. The lecturers hold PHD degrees and are knowledgeable enough to address students needs and also the lecturers has to present papers every year twice which brings about innovation and entrepreneurship in the college

A good college for only study

Placement Experience:

Placements are good enough for IT fields and you will get a decent amount of package. But if you want core placements we may get a few companies with few jobs so you should be competitive enough to crack these. Last year our college got the highest package of 52LPA. An average package is around 7.5 LPA.

Life at NMIT

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year that means 5th-semester students can be eligible to get placements in the college. IBM, TCS, AMAZON, etc. big companies visited our college for placements. The highest package offered here is 30 LPA and the least will be on average around 500000 to 600000. I am going to the US for further studies after Engineering

Remarks:

there are no raging so you fill free and no one distribute you while you are studying. normally in our hostel 6-8 pm is a study time then 8'o clock dinner is started after you finish your dinner you can go for roaming in our college campus. after 9'o clock hostel get will be close so all student have to come to hostel on time and again 10'o clock study time start.
