Remarks :

Great College One of the best college in the whole Tricity specially Chandigarh.

Course Curriculum Overview :

exam structure is relevant and i found it good. the internals are based on careful analysis of the students intelligence and understanding. no industrial visits. teaching staff is good. it's semester wise, final exams twice an year.college provides placement to meritorious students

Placement Experience :

the information about the placement, is provided in the final year of the graduation. the faculty helps the meritorious students to get introduced and fulfill all the conditions required. Many talented students who are the cream gets placement in the companies.

College Events :

Different fests are organised by different Departments that are commerce Science Arts and students participate very enthusiastically. Teachers are very supportive and they help in every problem including the attendance. its get exposure to the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Its feasible as compared to other non aided colleges. though it is more expensive than the other colleges under Panjab University. We have to pay the examination fees before every half yearly exam that is the semester exams held twice in an year in the college itself.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No Scholarship opportunities known to me. i have minimum knowledge about it. Might have some special criteria.

Campus Life :

Gender ratio 1:1 Culture activities are quite good with maximum participation in management by the Students. People are very diverse and open minded with friendly attitude and welcoming nature. Diplomatic Politics prevails. Inter college competitions are organised.

Alumni/Alumna :

They are really helpful specially the council. They help in everything. From admission to any other work.

Admission :

bcom has much scope and interests me. after taking commerce in my 12th standard. filled the admission form online and the preferenes, called for the counselling process. got provisional admission based on that. then was called for the fee submission process.

Faculty :

the faculty intelligence is high and students are advantaged by that. All are expertise in their subject. qualitative studies are promoted in an holistic approach is applied in the development of the students. theoretical and practical knowledge is imparted.

My College My Friend

Course Curriculum Overview:

Mainly there are 7 subjects in B.com which change in each semester helping us in learning many things which diversified our knowledge and help us adapt to the changes in the studies in each semester. It prepares us for future in a great way helping us to adapt the changes and be ready for any challenges in future life. Mainly the attendance must be made compulsory and the tests must be made regular for all the students which will definately improve the results. The exams are held in March , May , October and December which are difficult.

A journey worth sharing

Remarks:

I was never interested. I am still eager to leave. This is only because I had different plans, I still have different plans. I really want to pursue them and this is not the life i want to live. All the good things about the college just help my mood being okay about surviving. I have told you what all the college is best at but I am not in need of what the college is best at. I don’t need campus recruitment or any information the course is providing me. This is just not my line. I am still very thankful to each person I’ve met in this college - good/bad for giving my experiences to remember, for helping me shaping my personality better. All happens for good. Currently, I’m not in my zone but this is the only thing that made me realise my zone.

My college journey

Remarks:

Negative remarks would be given by me because I did not enjoy my college life. The crowd of this college is not good. The students are not so friendly and the staff is also not so good. The college even lacks facilities for payment of fine. To pay fine of Rs 150 , you have to wait for 3-4 hours due to excess number of payers and only one clerk to attend them.
