- Our college has good infrastructure,also they provide a good faculty .
- Many if the teachers in our course are good and supportive
Dislikes
- In some common subjects like e-commerce,hcp the amount of student is high in respective of classroom size ,it creates chaos.
- During election time ,there is so much chaos in the college .
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum was relevant but as NEP'20 introduced in this year have made impact in our course.Like we don't want to study about environmental science that has to be elective. There are 8 subject in first semester makes us difficult to study .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly fees for bca course is around 60000 per month,also you have to pay the examination fees twice a year for both semester which was around 3210 rupees this year.The fees may vary a bit up every year as seen from last years. Scholarship they provide are mostly for reserved students,so I didn't get any prevail from that.
Campus Life :
I didn't know about fest,as this is my first semester, and till now they have conducted many seminar and session that supports the students in their social Library is equipped with vide varieties of books and they are easily available after you receives your college I'd.Labs are well equipped with Ac and projectors.There are many clubs where students can participate.
Admission :
Addmission process: We have to apply through Dhe Chandigarh website,then they conduct number of counselling (mostly 2 )but they will conduct more and more counselling until all the seats get filled. Counselling process depends upon merit base system,there us too much reservation for the chandigarh students and for outside students there are only 15% seat available along reservation and fir general outside these number goes more below. After all the counselling they conduct college level admission where admission depends in first come first serve basis .
Faculty :
Starting from faculties to students ratio ,in our batch in each class there are around 40-45 students,for a teacher it is easy to give one to one attention.The teacher i likes the most is our English teacher Himanshu lambra.There is no teacher who i didn't like as it is my 1st semester. since our batch is started in August 1st, Now in Oct 21st there are MST's and after that practical in November first week and then exam and first sem goes like it doesn't exist.
