- Faculty- Faculties are very intellectual and have a great knowledge about their subject.
- Infrastructure- The college infrastructure is very well built and maintained providing everything under one roof.
Dislikes
- Lack ps sports- the college has a limited sports
- Canteen is not very big due to which it os difficult to take snacks during peak hours
Course Curriculum Overview :
The major reason for choosing the course is that I want to prepare for civil services and most of the syllabus of that is covered in B.A and I also thinks that I will be able to inderstand the functioning of our finance ministry and other institutions. I think that the ateas in which the improvement should be done is that it should be more updated in order to compete eith the modern world.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The course fee for B.a for a year is 32319 rupees which I had paid which increases every year by approximately 12%. Beside this a student has to pay for the application fee for which I had paid 1100 rupees and for the hostel 900 rupees were to be paid. University examination fees have to be paid twice a year which is fixed by the university. Personally I think that the fees is fair if we take the facilities, teaching methods, campus and other amenities into account. The hostel fee for a year is approximately 1.5 lakh per year( enquired from a friend). University also provides some scholarships to the students.
Campus Life :
I don't know much about the festivals but youth festival, fresher's party took place here in the college. Beside this there are lots of clubs snd other organizations such as NCC and NSS for the students. Students council elections also take place once every year.
Admission :
I applied in university campus and other Government colleges but I was not able to get admission there . Maybe I was not able to qualify te cut off. But I managed to get admission in this particular college for my higher studies. The admission process was so simple which begins with the application form, after which the student gets an email for the confirmation and the fees for the course. Then that's it.
Faculty :
The faculty to student ratio depends on the subject as I had seen classes with 80 students and also with mere 10 students. All the faculties are quite highly qualified and most of the them are very friendly but some are just pathetic, so arrogant and strict. Most of the teachers are quite approchable and are available throughout the timings for the doubt session.
