Remarks :
If you want to focus on your career and academics, this college is a sure shot go, but I wouldn't misguide you by saying that it would provide you the so called dreams of college life as portrayed in Bollywood films. This is an institute of national importance committed to meet the challenges faces by the IT industry by producing well versed and skilled engineers.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is very systematic and we'll designed. The college has done away with the unnecessary courses and subjects that don't involve core topics of the degree, thus making students more productive after their 4 years of college.
Placement Experience :
Well this was the first ever batch of our college to be placed, and it's already at a mind boggling 22 LPA as the highest with an average of 9. 20 LPA, the batch strength was 54 and the placement percentage stands at 76%. Imagine what the placements will be like by the time you graduate considering it is an institute of national importance.
College Events :
Well we have quite a lot of different types of fests and events organized at our college. We have eklavya as the Sports fest which is celebrated in a magnificent way, the technical fest I- Conclave with various technical and non technical events throughout the college, we even celebrate the traditional day which is one hell of an event I assure you.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fees is approximately around 2. 5 lakhs for an year considering it is a IIIT based on the PPP model, good IT institutes generally charge high fees considering the services they provide along with the exposure and amazing placements. Also considering this is Pune one of the biggest IT hubs of india, you can rest assured of job opportunities.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
SC/ST candidates have certain scholarships provided from college, other than that you can easily apply for state scholarships provided to institutes with INI status and educational loans. You can even apply at the National Scholarship Portal, that will provide you with eligible schemes as per criteria.
Campus Life :
The labs provide unlimited wifI and LAN with high speed, we have a massive playground and sports equipment for everyday play. A football turf is also present inside the campus. We hold our annual sports fest Eklavya that holds variety of sports events on a large scale.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostels are well maintained. The hostel building is having construction and maintenance in order to accommodate more people and provide new facilities. We have 3 seater rooms with attached washrooms, washing machines on each floor, badminton court, table tennis.
Alumni/Alumna :
The seniors are very helpful. All they need is respect. They have been actively working in different fields getting amazing internships. We are having more and more students getting placed thus strengthening our alumnI network.
Admission :
I got admitted to the institution through the JEE Mains exam. You have to be in the top 2% of the exam in order to get this college through JOSAA councelling. After the allotment you will have to report at the respective reporting center, get your documents verified and confirm admission.
Faculty :
The faculty is here is well versed in their knowledge of the topic, they come from prestigious institutes both national and international and hold Phds. Even though they sometimes fail to render their thoughts properly but I can assure you that their knowledge praiseworthy.
