Remarks :
The admission is based on JEE main ranks. I had a rank of around 18000 so this was the best college I could have got with my rank. Last year's cutoff was nearly 21000 for the general student, but this year I believe the cutoff would further dip. My best guess is between 15000-18000. For my batch, the admission and counseling process was fully online and I assume it would be the same for the batch of 25'.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is up to date. There is a healthy faculty-student ratio and all the faculties are qualified for their subjects. Having said all that, the reality of engineering colleges is that no matter how qualified your faculty are you study from online resources only, so the thing boils down to how good your peers are and how conducive is the environment for learning. The year was fully online and we had limited interactions with seniors and batchmates. Exams were timely and are not very hectic at all.
Internships Opportunities :
Students got great internships this year with a stipend as high as 90000/month. One student from second year got an internship offer from ShareChat which, if you don't know, is a big deal, especially in 2nd year.
Placement Experience :
From what I know, placements are great. There are multiple seniors from 4th-year places in a few of the highest-paying companies in India. The top companies where students got placements are Gojek, Nutanix, Google, and ServiceNow. The average placement is around 13LPA and the highest placement is around 36LPA. Most importantly, the coming batches are increasingly better and the alumni base is only increasing so in the future the placement is only going to increase.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is a fee of around 1.8 lakh per annum excluding the accommodation fee that our batch didn't pay, unfortunately. There is no scholarship, there is central and state govt. scholarships to the eligible students.
Campus Life :
I don't think I am eligible to answer this. My batch hasn't visited the campus yet. There are different clubs that organize their events, and there is an annual fest as well when the colleges are offline.
