Remarks :

Rajagiri is one of the best institutes in the country. Good quality education is provided with lab facilities and sports facilities is little bit strict as the college is controlled by CMI province. It's also head world class infrastructure. The College has anti ragging association.

Course Curriculum Overview :

We follow KTU curriculum. The curriculum is not so tough to learn. It's made simple and student friendly. There are two semester in a year and each semi-sheer consists of two series exams. University exams are held after each semester.

Placement Experience :

Rajagiri almost tops in placements statistics of the state. Top companies around the globe recruit engineering graduates from Rajagiri. Computer science department tops the placement statistics among the courses.

College Events :

Rajagiri has various events, activities and workshops held every month workshops are held by every department which offer cash prices and KTU activity points. College also has inter department events which are held annually.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure depends on your marks and mode of admission govt-merit seat has the lowest fee. NRI seats are usually expensive.Management seats are moderate. There are some consessions for Lower caste people.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship are provided for students in lower caste and Student who perform well in the academics also. Students who secure O grades are awarded with scholarship worth more than 1 lakh. Students with 100% attendance also are awarded with cash prices.

Campus Life :

The labs in Rajagiri Anne best in class. Equipped with all the necessary equipments to help the students in the practical examination. There also equal importance in sports as academics. Rajagiri has almost every facilities in sports.

Hostel Facilities :

Yes, hostel facilities are too good in Rajagiri. One of the best infrastructure you can stay and study. The hostel can almost accommodate more than 350+ students. It also provides best in class food. It's hygienic and healthy.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumini and seniors are really friendly and helpful to the junior students. Since raging is baned in Rajagiri students are also safe here. Seniors and alumni association helps us to complete our projects and to score good CGPA in our exams.

Admission :

I have got admission in this college through KEAM entrance examination. The admission process is simple. Forest the add up your entrance marks + marks secured in +12. Then a rank is assigned to everyone. According to your tank you can prefer college.

Faculty :

Rajagiri has good quality teaching staffs. They are qualified and are really good at English which makes the learning process much easier. The faculty are not much aged. They are usually young who can understand the students and help them to improve in curricular and co curricular areas.

Placement Experience:

Yes,Students will get placement from 7th semester.Many companies like Infosys,Wipro,TCS etc come for placement.Most of the companies hire in bulk from the college.Lowest CTC was 300k annually and highest CTC was 1000k annually.Almost 60 percentage students are got placed from here.Apart from placement many students prepare for all india exams like GATE,SSC JE etc

Very Good University to study

Placement Experience:

The students from S6 are eligible for placement. Almost all the companies are IT-related companies. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Cognizant and UST visit the campus every year and hire a huge number of students. The average package is 4LPA with the highest being at almost 30LPA. Almost 60% of staff are getting placed. The CGPU provide training for aptitude and technical tests Also, some students get offers from good universities for higher education

Best college for pursuing engineering degree

Placement Experience:

Campus placements starts generally from the seventh semester in the fourth year. Nehru institutions have a lot of hold with multinational companies so a lot of companies like TCS, BPL, Amazon are offering placements to students who have no back papers. The highest package offered by companies is 9lakhs per year and the average salary is 4000/month. Mainly placements are offered to computer science engineering students comparatively.

Seeing St. Thomas through my eyes

Placement Experience:

The only student from the 4th year was eligible for campus placements. Every year nearly 88% of students got placed. Our batch was also not an exception. Most jobs were taken up by cse stream followed by our stream. Companies visited included Infosys, Cognizant Technology Solutions,ITC Infotech, Odessa Technologies, and others. The highest package of 5 lakhs was offered by Infosys.Cts offered 4 lakhs highest. The average package offered to all was 3 lakhs per annum.ITC offered 3.6 lakhs per annum. My plan after getting a degree was to join the job of CTS. Then I had dreams of an MBA in the future if possible since it would attract higher packages in the future. Many friends of mine got double offers. There were offers from. Sonodyne, Vodafone also. Since I got a job already,I didn't seat for Vodafone. Vodafone also offered a handsome package of 4 lakhs per annum.ZTE operations also took few students from our college

Remarks:

CET is one of the top colleges in the country. Faculties are the best. The college has the best placement records too. The location of the college is good too. Various fests are conducted to boost the cultural and technical skills of the students. I opted this course because I liked the course and our college contain the best faculties too. And the lab has good facilities where you can learn a lot.

Government College Of Engineering Kannur for a first year student

Remarks:

Has a good infrastructure with lots of trees and plants. Natural lighting is available so no need of artificial lighting Doesn't have an elevator. So it would be a problem for people in wheel chair. Less parking facilities
