Remarks :

I am very thankful to all my dear faculty members of my department and other departments also. It's a temple of leaning for me.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The university course curriculum is good but the planning of teaching with practical is very well planned by the management and faculties coordination. I wanna be an agriculture research scientist. The best thing is that practical and analysis based learning.

College Events :

Freeonz, Sahayog, Techsangram, Aarogyam, Soch, Uday, these are the student's organised fest. all sports and indoor games are available to all like snooker, billiards, carrom, chess, volleyball, cricket, football, kabaddi, basketball etc. I think is very special which make it different from other colleges behaviour of the staff and faculty are cooperative in every situation.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees structure per year is 69200/- academic and 60000/- hostel charges. Veg and Non-Veg cafeteria available on the campus for students. In this fee examination, enrollment, sports all included in this.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I got the scholarship in girl quota up to 30000/- in my academic fee after that, I get the meritorious scholarship on 75% above percentage basis.

Campus Life :

Facilities are very good as per requirement in the campus to the overall development of the students. well maintained library with a good stock of books with e-books section at the digital library. smart classes labs are practical and experimental base oriented. fieldwork for agriculture students is excellent and many more options they provide us to develop.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel is too good as compare to other colleges of state or city. Students planned a weekly chart of food as per taste of community. Veg and non-veg cafeteria available for extra food supplement or snacks.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Seniors are very helpful and focus more on juniors knowledge on a practical basis. research analysis of crops Rabi and Kharif. They give us thorough knowledge by doing fieldwork, agriculture field visits in villages.

Admission :

I got the admission by career counselling by the college representative in our city. I got the meritorious scholarship in girls quota. first, you visit the college website and fill their registration form after seeing all details of their respective department or directly visit the campus for career counselling in a proper way. The best thing about this campus is every person is cooperative.

Good college in Dehradun for Agriculture

Placement Experience:

Placements of this College is good not the best it also depends on how a good you are in studies . Students become eligible for Placements from 4th year 7-8th semester. Many companies visit college for placements of students namely Monsanto, amazon , google etc. Highest package is 1 crore and average package is 50 lakhs which given to the students by the companies . Mostly students get placements if they work hard rate is about 50%. According to if i get placement from this College then i would definitely do it , i want to earn or maybe i will give government exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was personally interested in the subject of agriculture as India is a country that is dependent on farming. We are still doing farming in the traditional way which should be changed and for that change, I have enrolled in this subject. Some practices like sustainable agriculture use fewer chemicals to conserve the land and for the development of this, I was personally interested in this career option. The level of education is moderate and the examination level is also moderate but the exam papers are lengthy.

My feedback

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester of 3rd year, we become eligible for sitting in internship and training cum placement programme. Many companies come and go Like HCl, Learning routes. The highest package was 5-6 L for agriculture Students from the agricultural department do not get placed too much because colleges do not call companies for us. They made us sit in sales and tech companies. After my degree, I'll look for outer companies.

We have field visits that make as aware about how to actually implement the things that has been taught in the class. Honestly is best policy

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually is am from the meeical field thats make me influenced to select this coarse and also there is not another coarse which i can take. Real world is not mention in this college for the shake of formality the do this. Teaching method should be improved and also some of the subject should be eliminated from the coarse. The timing of exam is not well and also the question is too difficult
