About My College

Remarks :

Our College is in developing stage as it was started in 2010 and I hope to see it grow big. Now it is expanding very fastly and I see its getting better day by day and will be very good for the fellow juniors.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course and curriculum is outdated and it is not to the industry standards. One has to put his own efforts to learn new things which are trending. But some subjects are good and well taught. But the curriculum is not up to the mark.

Placement Experience :

As of now we don't have any internship opportunities but lot of companies are coming and signing MOUs with our college. So in future I think there will be more opportunities than now. As far as placements is concerned, there are companies which are visiting our college or students are sent to their office for interview.

College Events :

We have a cultural fest in odd semester and a technical fest in the even semester. We also have lot of opportunities for the sports like INTER NIT competitions. Also we have some events on special occasions and festival days.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

We have 65k as tution fee per semester and hostel 25k per semester for Indian citizens. Also there are students from outside India who are called DASA students and they pay more fee than us. Also for people whose father's income is less than 1 lk don't have to pay the tuition fee only 4k has to be payed and also whose father's income is less than 5 lk have some other percentage to be payed.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

National Scholarship Scheme, loans are provided by SBI which have contact with our college. Also other information about the scholarships is available in institute website. Students can avail scholarship if they are eligible.

Campus Life :

There are lot of opportunities for extracurricular activities like sports. We ge t an opportunity to participate in INTER NIT competitions with other NITs. So get a chance to travel also. Labs are small as of now but soon they will be expanded.

Alumni/Alumna :

Seniors are very helpful and whenever you need them they are ready to help you out. But the alumni network is not properly available for the students. It is the students who has to get in contact with the seniors.

Admission :

One has to clear JEE MAINS exam with the cut off and fill in the options at JOSAA portal, where he can provide the priority order in which he wants the admission in colleges that accept JEE MAINS score like NIT, IIIT, other GFTIS.

Faculty :

They are good and they help you when you need them. Some of the faculties have very good qualifications and have much experience to guide you. They help you out and guide you in the right direction. But efforts should be from the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of my course is pretty easy to cope up with , so that u get more time to prepare for other exams. Curriculum is prepared in such a way that it makes u ready to appear for gate and other similar exams. Provide more technical knowlegde related to subjects mentioned in the gate syllabus. There are 2 class test exams and then one final semester exam.

Placement Experience:

The college gives good placements for mostly all of the branches and you can get an average package of 12 lakh per annum. Getting a placement in civil might be difficult unless you study hard and do some good internships. Mechanical and computer science has good placements compared to other branches
