Remarks :

Bad vehicle parking facility. distance is negative thing for me.and some of the teacher are real selfish.they try to make mental pressure on the students because of not taking outside tution from them.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Many students are studying under this university and they know how technological this university is.This is a good university I admit that but their terms and conditions are wierd.They are too careless about the students matter.The exam schedule they pit forward was very tight but students used to strike against them.Finally the schedule is updated in accordance to the students concern.Students are frustrated by their tnc’s.Only hope remains not a proper answer.

Placement Experience :

90% of the students GOT placed and some didn't want placement from college. The highest offer was 5.8 Lacs per annum, average package was 3.2 Lacs per annum and the lowest was 2.4 Lacs per annum. Top recruiter companies are infosys,byjus

College Events :

techkshetra, arts fests,sports meets are held every year. they are some leisure days for rajagiri students. It includes several entertainment programs that students can participate. Students from other Colleges also participate in this.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is a little expensive. Being an engineering college, many tools, equipment, technology, labs, materials is required. Because of this it becomes expensive. But it is better as compared to other private colleges.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The college offers subsidy policy. Students who belong to the lower income can apply for subsidy and if they are eligible they get relief from a part of the fees. Students can also apply for loan be communicating with the bank.

Campus Life :

Extracurricular activites are included dancing,singing,acting,yoga etc.Students perforns all over the years on above mentioned events. The labs are pretty big here and labs have their new version of instruments. Sports like football, cricket,carrom,table tennis,badminton are played here.

Hostel Facilities :

Good Hostel facilities. separate rooms and shared bedrooms are available for students according to their wish. Weekly cleaning also provided by College itslef for good studying environment. lifts are also available

External Expense : Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

Alumni/Alumna :

There are many guest lectures in which the alumni share their experiences and journey from nift to becoming designers. They give many tips on how to deal with the course and motivate the students. Students get to learn a lot.

Admission :

Management seat. Applied via online. they called us for interview. Regarding on each individuals’ marks, each course is alloted for students. course changing is possible only after admission procedures

Faculty :

The faculty is well experienced and helpful. They explain the concepts easily. They guide you throughout and help in learning many things. They interact with the students and solve all the queries. They use good teaching methods.

Placement Experience:

Yes,Students will get placement from 7th semester.Many companies like Infosys,Wipro,TCS etc come for placement.Most of the companies hire in bulk from the college.Lowest CTC was 300k annually and highest CTC was 1000k annually.Almost 60 percentage students are got placed from here.Apart from placement many students prepare for all india exams like GATE,SSC JE etc

Very Good University to study

Placement Experience:

The students from S6 are eligible for placement. Almost all the companies are IT-related companies. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Cognizant and UST visit the campus every year and hire a huge number of students. The average package is 4LPA with the highest being at almost 30LPA. Almost 60% of staff are getting placed. The CGPU provide training for aptitude and technical tests Also, some students get offers from good universities for higher education

Best college for pursuing engineering degree

Placement Experience:

Campus placements starts generally from the seventh semester in the fourth year. Nehru institutions have a lot of hold with multinational companies so a lot of companies like TCS, BPL, Amazon are offering placements to students who have no back papers. The highest package offered by companies is 9lakhs per year and the average salary is 4000/month. Mainly placements are offered to computer science engineering students comparatively.

Seeing St. Thomas through my eyes

Placement Experience:

The only student from the 4th year was eligible for campus placements. Every year nearly 88% of students got placed. Our batch was also not an exception. Most jobs were taken up by cse stream followed by our stream. Companies visited included Infosys, Cognizant Technology Solutions,ITC Infotech, Odessa Technologies, and others. The highest package of 5 lakhs was offered by Infosys.Cts offered 4 lakhs highest. The average package offered to all was 3 lakhs per annum.ITC offered 3.6 lakhs per annum. My plan after getting a degree was to join the job of CTS. Then I had dreams of an MBA in the future if possible since it would attract higher packages in the future. Many friends of mine got double offers. There were offers from. Sonodyne, Vodafone also. Since I got a job already,I didn't seat for Vodafone. Vodafone also offered a handsome package of 4 lakhs per annum.ZTE operations also took few students from our college

Remarks:

CET is one of the top colleges in the country. Faculties are the best. The college has the best placement records too. The location of the college is good too. Various fests are conducted to boost the cultural and technical skills of the students. I opted this course because I liked the course and our college contain the best faculties too. And the lab has good facilities where you can learn a lot.

Government College Of Engineering Kannur for a first year student

Remarks:

Has a good infrastructure with lots of trees and plants. Natural lighting is available so no need of artificial lighting Doesn't have an elevator. So it would be a problem for people in wheel chair. Less parking facilities
