Remarks :

College management is keen in providing all required facilities for laboratories.Principal and HODs are very supportive.

Entrance Preview :

I took MHCET to get into this college. My Score was 130. I opted for this college because of new infrastructure and laboratories.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Curriculum is well designed as per 2012 pattern of University of Pune. Electives are offered in final year.

Internships Opportunities :

As such internships are not offered from college. Students have to apply themselves for internships and college helps in every possible way.

Placement Experience :

More than 80% students have been placed in reputed firms like Tech Mahindra and TCS. Average package is around 5.6 lakhs.

College Events :

Technical,Cultural and Sports Festivals are held every year. We receive a foot count of around 80 thousand people during our events.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees are feasible for a middle class students. Per year college fees are upto 75 thousands.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

College offers scholarships as per govt of india scholarship plan. Scholarships upto 75% are offered depending upon caste and annual income.

Campus Life :

College has a very good atmosphere for extracurricular activities. Robocon teams,astronomy clubs, sae baja team,rc car team are very active in our college. Teachers invite companies to conduct workshop on CAD and CAE software as well as Non destructive testing methods. Industrial visits in reputed industries like Volkswagon are conducted every year. Gender ratio is unequal. Students from all over India are taking admission here so a large cultural diversity is seen.

Hostel Facilities :

College has a hostel which is near college for boys and in campus for girls. Hostel fees are very high.It is advisable to arrange accommodation and food in private hostels nearby as they have good facilities and less costs.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

College seniors provide us with funding related information every time for every event. As such no alumni network exists.

Exam Structure :

Exam structure is as per University of Pune 2012 Pattern. Attendance is compulsory for lab and lectures. Less attendance is not tolerated specially in mechanical engineering department.

Faculty :

Faculty is well qualified and teach very well especially those of mechanical engineering department. They have good teaching experience and good industrial experience too.

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE ADMISSION IN YCCE?

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
