After getting placed in BIT Mesra, students typically start preparing for their careers in their chosen fields. Usually, what students choose to do after getting placed in BIT Mesra will depend on their individual goals and aspirations. I asked my friend the same question and here is what some of his batchmates did after getting placed

Some very studious kinds started preparing for competitive exams like GATE, GRE, CAT, and GMAT.
Some travel lovers attend the Spring Fest at IIT KGP or visit Goa and Kolkata.
A few binge-watch their favorite series waiting to be watched in their watch list for a long time.
Some party lovers spend their time partying and enjoying the last few days of freedom.
Some students visit each and every placement procedure of the branch to support their friends.
Some rebel against the administration to extend girls' time and against other illogical restrictions.
Some organize BITOTSAV and other fests
Game lovers spend their time playing video games.
A few selfless people take charge of DC++ and download stuff.

Ultimately, the activities you do once you are placed depend on what kind of person you are.

There are a couple of things you could do after getting placed in BIT Mesra. First of all they can enhance their coding and technical skills, because these are valued by every top recruiting company. Do not slag, because laziness will definitely drag you down and that may affect your overall preparation.

Do not stay up all night, losing sleep will surely make you unhealthy and create a bad habit overall. Instead workout, go to the gym, play outdoor games and keep yourselves active.

The final projects need more dedication and preparation, because these will serve as a strong point in your portfolio, which will be later analyzed by the recruiters. So, improvement of the final project is of utmost importance. Do not keep it incomplete till the last minute, it will only put pressure on your overall performance.
