What measures does LPU take for campus security?

The LPU ensure the safety of campus through a variety of measures. It has security personnel that patrol the campus round-the-clock and are stationed at key points to monitor activities and ensure safety. Entry points are controlled and monitored with access to the campus through a specific procedure. 

CCTV cameras are installed throughout the campus for enhanced monitoring. With 400 security officials and thousands of cameras, it is one of the most secure campuses in India. These officials also ensure that no drug enter the campus as it has zero drug and alcohol tolerance. 

Lady security staff is specially recruited for the safety of girls and their hostels. Turnstile gates and boom barriers ensure the proper entry of vehicles and individuals on the campus. Overall, LPU has excellent security measures to keep the students and staff safe on campus.
