IIT Dhanbad is famous for the excellent quality and variety of food served in its mess. Here, there are 4 meals provided to the students namely breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. The food served is great both in terms of quantity and quality.

For reference, I have shared the menu of one typical day at IIT Dhanbad:

Meal	Common	Veg	Non-Veg
Breakfast	Bread Toast, Butter, Jam and Tea	Vegetable Cutlet and Milk	Boiled egg
Lunch	Rice, Roti, Chana Dal, Seasonal Green veg Curry and Gulab Jamun	Paneer Butter Masala or Palak Paneer	Chicken Do Pyaza
Snacks	Namkeen Poha, Meethi Chutney and Tea	Namkeen Poha, Meethi Chutney and Tea	Namkeen Poha, Meethi Chutney and Tea
Dinner	Roti, Rice, Dal Tadka, Mixed Vegetable, Kesar Milk or Ice Cream	Roti, Rice, Dal Tadka, Mixed Vegetable, Kesar Milk or Ice Cream	Roti, Rice, Dal Tadka, Mixed Vegetable, Kesar Milk or Ice Cream

As you can see, the breakfast and lunch have both veg and non-veg options whereas the snacks and dinner are common.
