VNSGU PhD Admission 2025: Documents Required

To apply for the Ph.D. program at VNSGU, candidates are required to submit the following documents:

All semester mark sheets of undergraduate courses.
All semester mark sheets of postgraduate courses.
Degree certificates for both undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
Certificates for qualifications such as JRF, M.Phil., NET, SLET, or GATE, if applicable.
Valid caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
Non-Creamy Layer certificate for OBC candidates.
EWS certificate for Economically Weaker Section candidates.
Disability certificate for Differently-Abled candidates.
Recent passport-sized photographs, as specified in the application guidelines.
Proof of identity, such as an Aadhaar card, passport, or voter ID.
Migration certificate from the last attended institution, if applicable.
Experience certificates, if claiming exemption from the entrance test based on professional experience.

All documents must be self-attested and submitted within the specified deadlines. or the most current information and any updates, refer to the official VNSGU website or contact the university's admission office.

All candidates, including those who qualified for the entrance exam and those exempted from it, must submit five (5) copies of their research proposal to the PG Section, University Administrative Building by January 25, 2025.

Candidates who qualified in the entrance test, as well as candidates exempted from the entrance test due to having cleared NET/GSET/GATE, will be invited for a Proposal Presentation/Interview/Viva Voce.
