The qualifying percentile for MDS Courses for NEET MDS Counseling 2024 has been reduced by 21.692 across all categories. Eligibility Criteria for Special Stray Vacancy Round Counseling

• Candidates who have registered for the Special Stray Vacancy Round.
• Candidates who joined/secured any seat at the time of the Special Stray Vacancy Round are not eligible.
• Candidates allotted a seat in Round 3, Stray Round, and not reported are not eligible for this round.

Guidelines for Candidates

• If a candidate is allotted a seat in the Special Stray Vacancy round, he has to join the allotted seat/college. If the candidate does not join the allotted seat, he/she shall be debarred from the NEET examination for 01 Year along with forfeiture of fees.
• Upgradation is not allowed in Special Stray Vacancy Round counseling.
• The candidates, who will be allotted seats by MCC in the Special Stray Vacancy Round of All India Quota, will be debarred from the Punjab State Special Stray Vacancy Round.
