University of Kashmir is inviting applications for working professionals seeking lateral entry admission to the B.Tech program (3rd Semester) for the 2025 session. The last date for application is February 15, 2025.

The admissions are available in the following disciplines at SSM College of Engineering, Parihaspora, Pattan, Baramulla:

• Civil Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering

Kashmir University B.Tech (LE) Admission 2025: Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have completed a 3-year Diploma in a relevant engineering branch.
• Minimum 45% marks for General Category and 40% marks for Reserved Category candidates.

Kashmir University B.Tech (LE) Admission 2025: Application Process

Candidates must follow these steps to complete the online application:

• Visit the official website: www.kashmiruniversity.net or www.kashmiruniversity.ac.in
• Go to the Admissions Window and click B.Tech/BE Lateral Entry Application Form
• Enter Registration Number and proceed
• Fill in the required details and upload a recent passport-size photograph
• Select the preferred discipline
• Review and submit the form (Corrections allowed before final submission)
• Pay the Application Fee:

1. ₹250 (including IT fee of ₹150)
2. Entrance Test Fee: ₹500 (Total ₹750)

Selection will be based on performance in the Entrance Test conducted by the University of Kashmir. The test will consist of objective-type questions. Entrance test syllabus is available on the official website: www.kashmiruniversity.net
