IIM Visakhapatnam Placements 2024 Recorded 100% placements for PGP students for the eighth consecutive time. Students got the most offers from the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors.
New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIMV) 2024 placements have continued the 100% placement streak for IIMV PGP students for the eight time. The institute has been achieving 100% placements for the PGP batch for the last eight years. The IIM Visakhapatnam 2024 Placements saw the highest package of INR 43.25 LPA whereas the average placement offer was INR 15.64 LPA.
Around 117 recruiters were present at the IIM Visakhapatnam 2024 placements. The top 10% of students secured an average package of INR 28.5 LPA at the IIMV Placements 2024. The top 25% of students received INR 24.62 LPA, and the top 50% received offers of INR 21.05 LPA on average. There were also 4 offers made by international recruiters, with an average offer of INR 19.5 LPA. This year’s IIM Visakhapatnam placements saw an increase of 10% in the average package offered.
The Director of IIM Visakhapatnam, Prof M Chandrasekhar, spoke about the achievement of 100% placements. Appreciating the placement team, he said, “The way the career development services teams engage with, equip, encourage, energize, and enable our student cohort is a great case study in itself. The outcome of that effort is evident…an unbroken impressive record of placement, that too of the largest-ever batch this year.”
