IIM Indore Final Placement Report 2024 Released; Average CTC at 30.21 LPA

New Delhi: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore has released the final placement report for MBA batch of 2021-23. The highest package offered stood at 1.14 crores per annum, observing a whopping increase of 132.6% from last year.

Around 160 recruiters including 80 new recruiters participated in the IIM Indore placement season for a batch of 568 students. Strong participation was exhibited by companies from diverse industries such as BFSI, Conglomerate, Construction & Real Estate, Consulting, Consumer Goods, E-commerce,Healthcare, Logistics & Manufacturing, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Utilities & Renewables.

The average salary received of the batch stood at 30.21 LPA, witnessing a steep increase of 20.8% from 2022. At a CTC of 27.20 LPA, the median salary saw a growth of 12.9% as compared to the last year. The average salary offered to the top 100 and 200 grew at 37.2% and 23.8% respectively, with respective amounts at 52.06 LPA and 40.55 LPA.

Consulting Sector Placements 2024

With 29% of the total offers, IIM Indore witnessed participation from consulting stalwarts such as Accenture Strategy, Accenture Tech Consulting, Acuvon Consulting, Aspect Ratio, Avalon Consulting, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Deloitte India, Deloitte USI, Everest Group, Eversana, Ernst & Young (EY), EY GDS, EY Parthenon, GEP Worldwide, HCL Tech, Infosys Consulting, Kearney, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, MXV Consulting, PwC India, PwC US Advisory, RedSeer Consulting, Samagra, Teleperformance, and Vector Consulting.
