New Delhi: IIM Bodh Gaya has successfully concluded the final placement session for its MBA 2024 batch with a 100% placement record. This year, a total of 266 students as well as over 120 companies from various sectors participated in the placement drive.
As per IIM Bodh Gaya Placement 2024 report, the top 25% of students received an average salary of INR 18.2 LPA, followed by INR 16.6 LPA for 50% of students and INR 15.2 LPA for 75% of students. The average salary recorded a 7% decrease in comparison to last year’s data.
Offers were made to students from banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector from some of the key recruiters such as Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank. Additionally, companies like Accenture, Cognizant, Deloitte, and PwC also recruited many students.

In addition to this, IIM Bodh Gaya has concluded the summer internship drive for students of its regular MBA students (9th batch) and the first batches of MBA in Digital Business Management (DBM) and MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management (HHM).
Students of DBM batch secured an average stipend of INR 1 Lakh and the highest stipend of up to INR 2.6 Lakh from some of the top companies, such as BNY Mellon, Kotak Mutual Fund, and Pay-Sprint.
