Gujarat NEET PG 2026 Merit List Out at medadmgujarat.org; Check Last Date for Corrections

The Admission Committee for Professional Post-Graduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC) has released the Gujarat NEET PG 2026 provisional merit list on the official website at medadmgujarat.org. The list went live on October 22, 2026, at 3:50 PM. It covers Round 1 counselling for MD, MS, and Diploma seats in Gujarat.

Separate lists have been issued for different reservation categories. These include General, SC, ST, SEBC, EWS, and In-Service candidates. A Not Eligible Candidate List has also been published alongside. PwD and NRI quota verifications are still in progress.

Candidates can now check their rank and particulars on the portal. Those finding discrepancies may apply for corrections at Help Centres. The correction window closes on October 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

2. Click on the Provisional Merit List 2026 link on the homepage.
3. Select the relevant category file to open.
4. The merit list PDF will load on the screen.
5. Search for your name and registered rank.
6. Download the file and save a copy for records.

How to Raise a Correction Request?

Candidates spotting any error must visit their assigned Help Centre. They need to carry a filled correction form. Original documents are mandatory for this process. DigiLocker files and plain photocopies are not accepted. Candidates must also bring one self-attested photocopy set along.

Document Verification Before the Merit List

Document verification at Help Centres ran between October 3 and 9, 2026. Candidates had to carry originals during this process. Only verified applicants feature in the current provisional list. Those missing from the list should contact the committee immediately.

Registration Fee and PIN Purchase for Gujarat NEET PG 2026

Candidates had to purchase an online PIN worth Rs 28,000. This included a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 3,000. The remaining Rs 25,000 is a refundable security deposit. The PIN purchase window closed on October 8, 2026. Online registration and document upload also closed the same day.

Reservation and Quota Highlights

In-Service doctors receive 10 per cent of Government quota seats. This quota covers 10 specified clinical specialties. These include Pediatrics, TB and Chest, and Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates get 5 per cent across all categories. PwD applicants must appear before a Medical Board with their disability certificates.

How Will Ties on the Merit List Be Resolved?

ACPPGMEC verifies MBBS or FMGE aggregate percentages for every tie. Candidates giving false aggregate information will lose their candidature. The committee cross-checks each entry against original academic credentials. Rule 4(4) also bars candidates already admitted elsewhere until course completion.

What Happens After the Correction Window Closes?

ACPPGMEC will publish the final merit list after October 24, 2026. Round 1 mock choice filling will open soon after. Final choice filling and locking follow for Round 1 seats. Seat allotment results are then issued on medadmgujarat.org.
