GITAM UG and PG Admissions 2026 Next Round Open at apply.gitam.edu; Check Last Date to Apply

Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) has opened next round admission registration. The 2026 cycle covers Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programmes. Candidates can apply on the official portal at apply.gitam.edu by June 26, 2026.

The GITAM Admission Test (GAT) is scheduled for June 28, 2026. Interviews for select programmes will be held on the same day. GITAM runs campuses in Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.

The GAT is the gateway for UG and PG seats across disciplines. These include Engineering, Architecture, Management, Science, Humanities, Pharmacy, Nursing, Law, Paramedical, and Physiotherapy programmes. The university is a Deemed-to-be-University recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

GITAM 2026 Important Dates

GITAM 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility differs by programme level. Applicants must be Indian nationals, NRIs, or OCI cardholders. GITAM has not set any upper age limit for the test.

For Undergraduate Programmes

B.Tech aspirants need Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology. The minimum aggregate is 60 percent in the qualifying exam. CBSE and ICSE candidates need 55 percent. Class 12 board exam appearing students may also apply.

For Postgraduate Programmes

PG applicants must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree. The minimum aggregate required is 50 percent. The discipline of the degree must match the chosen PG course.

GITAM GAT 2026 Application Fee

The application fee is Rs 1,200 for one programme group. Candidates applying across two programme groups must pay Rs 2,400. The fee is non-refundable. Payment is accepted via net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.

The application is fully online. Candidates need a valid email ID, mobile number, and scanned documents. The portal accepts payment instantly after form submission.

1. Visit apply.gitam.edu and start a new registration.
2. Enter your name, email ID, and mobile number, then verify the OTP.
3. Fill education details and choose the desired programme.
4. Select the preferred exam state, city, and slot date.
5. Upload your photograph, signature, and required documents.
6. Pay the application fee online and submit the form.
