FMS Delhi Records 100% Placement for Batch 2022; Highest CTC at INR 58 LPA

New Delhi: The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi Placements 2022 were successfully concluded this year. The institute conducted its final placement process for the batch of 2022 and summer placements for 2021-23 batch witnessing an increase of 9% in the average stipend.

At the final placements, FMS Delhi has recorded Highest Domestic CTC at INR 58 LPA with 50% of the batch receiving annual packages more than 30 LPA. The graduating batch received about 69 Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) which is the highest number of PPOs ever received by FMS Delhi students.

With a batch of 269 students, a total of 257 students appeared for FMS Delhi placements and all the students got placed, while the remaining 12 students took a placement holiday — under which the institute allows the students to pursue their own ventures and then allowing them to participate in a subsequent placement process for upto two years, if they want to avail the opportunity.

As per the trends observed in FMS Delhi Final Placements 2022, there has been 24% increase in offers for freshers since the past year. General Management and Consulting domains extended maximum offers to students. While average CTC for top 100 stood at INR 43.7 LPA this year, it saw 37% rise since last year.

Apart from General Management and Consulting, students were placed in S&M, E-Commerce/IT/Ops and Finance domains as well. Check the data regarding campus offers and PPOs in the table below:

As per the trends of FMS Delhi Placements (Summer) 2022, there has been 72% increase in consulting offers. With an increase of 9% since the past year, the average stipend stood at INR 2.62 lakhs. The average stipend for top 10% of the students was witnessed at INR 3.7 lakhs, whereas it was INR 3.36 lakhs for the top 25% and INR 3.13 lakhs for the top 50% students of the institute for the academic batch of 2021-23.

This year, over 127 freshers were hired by the participating companies, 35 students had a year’s experience, 71 students had 13 to 24 months’ experience, whereas 30 students had 25 to 36 months of experience and nine employees had more than 36 months of work experience. The institute observed a 32 percent increase in finance offers, 72 percent rise in the consulting offers and 18 percent increase in the median stipend, which stood at INR 2.6 lakhs.

Out of 122 companies that confirmed their participation, 78 of premier companies were invited, who made around 290 offers in different domains.
