I am a dedicated professional with a multifaceted skill set that spans teaching, clinical supervision, EAM (Electronic Medical Records) coordination, and conducting/guiding special awareness programs. With a passion for education, I excel in fostering the growth and development of students, leveraging my teaching expertise to impart knowledge effectively. My clinical supervision experience ensures that healthcare professionals under my guidance provide the highest quality care, while my EAM coordination skills streamline healthcare processes and enhance patient outcomes. Additionally, I take pride in organizing and leading special awareness programs that promote important causes and drive positive change in our communities. Our vision is centred on the expansion of our educational offerings by enhancing seat capacity and introducing new courses. We are proud to report that we are actively progressing towards achieving this goal. Our ongoing efforts are geared towards increasing the number of available seats to accommodate a larger and more diverse number of students. Simultaneously, we are in the process of developing and adding new courses that align with the evolving demands of the academic landscape and the job market. These endeavours reflect our commitment to providing a wider range of educational opportunities while maintaining our dedication to excel in teaching and learning.

What are the challenges you faced/ are facing to uplift the quality of education of your Institution?

An experienced skill coordinator and trainer who has gained specialization in General Duty Assistance (GDA) and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) training with a passion for equipping individuals with life-saving skills, I also offer my expertise as a Freelance Trainer for first aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) courses. Whether it’s preparing future healthcare professionals for critical roles or empowering the general public with essential first-aid knowledge, I am dedicated to fostering a safer and more prepared community through comprehensive training programs. My commitment to excellence and hands-on teaching ensures that my students are well-prepared to respond effectively in emergency situations.

How do you help your student cope with the competition being so high in the outside world?

I actively contribute to the healthcare community through my involvement in the Student Nurses Association (SNA) activities. As a passionate member of SNA, I engage in various initiatives aimed at enhancing the education and professional development of aspiring nurses. Whether it's organizing informative seminars, participating in health outreach programs, or promoting wellness campaigns, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and knowledge-driven environment for student nurses. My involvement in SNA activities allows me to collaborate with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and make a positive impact on the nursing profession. It's an essential part of my journey towards becoming a well-rounded and compassionate healthcare professional.

What are your views on the placements and higher education about the students from your institution or How does the institution prepare students for Higher education?

I take pride in my role as a facilitator of sessions focused on interview preparation and personality development for students.
