My educational philosophy of leadership, in a nutshell, would indeed begin and end with developing a positive culture.
- My principal leadership focuses on real needs, offering practical, hands-on strategies for improvement in a constantly evolving educational environment.
- I think my strengths as a leader are effective delegation and communication.
- I would describe my leadership style as direct and leading by example. I enjoy delegating tasks and taking the lead on projects.
- I consider myself a transformational leader because I encourage my team to set goals that directly align with the company’s goals.
- I always try to delegate tasks to whoever is best equipped to perform well in the task, and I try to communicate clearly about what needs to be done and why.
