A positive classroom environment is crucial for student success. I establish clear expectations and rules from the beginning of the school year. I encourage open communication and respect among students and create opportunities for collaboration and teamwork. Additionally, I celebrate student achievements and foster a sense of belonging and inclusivity.


How do you handle conflicts between students?

When conflicts arise between students, I take a proactive approach to resolve the issue. I encourage students to express their feelings and perspectives, and I facilitate a respectful dialogue to find a resolution. I also teach conflict resolution skills and promote empathy and understanding among students.


How do you assess student learning and provide feedback?

I use a variety of assessment methods, such as quizzes, tests, projects, and class discussions, to evaluate student learning.
