Being a Faculty of the SRK Institute of Management, what are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?

As the faculty of this department, my role and responsibility is to Interact with the students, looking after their admission procedures, fees, and various operational & administrative activities related to their courses.

How do you establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty?

I build healthy relationships with the students by interacting with them while doing my job. I solve their concerns related to their course in a better manner so that they can have a better relationship with me. Talking about faculties, we work together as a team through which we can understand each other & achieve a task within a predetermined period.

How are you trying to bring a practical approach toward your subject & make it industry-oriented?

We try to bring a practical approach by providing the students the practical exposure through which they may be able to learn about their subject in a better manner & it also makes the subject understand as theory is not enough to learn certain things in the field of pharmacy so we try to accumulate students to the lab work and field visit through which they may understand thing better.

How do you help your student to cope with the competition being so high in the outside world?

Nowadays the market is tough and to be the best you have to be outstanding or i can say versatile from the crowd though which you may shine as compared to other individuals out their, we help our students to learn about the subject that they have learned today in the class & revise the same in their home which makes the knowledge intact, additionally we provide them various additional courses which boosts their skills & gain additional knowledge in order to become the best candidate.

Do you have any extracurricular activities/ programs to enhance the skills of the students or expose them to real-world challenges?

Yes, we do extracurricular activities, recently our students organized a fest for the department, everything was managed by them & I felt overwhelmed by their work. We also provide them with various sports activities as well as engage them in various extracurricular activities to become the best and most versatile individuals.

Any valuable advice would you like to give to your students to have a prosperous career ahead?

I want my students to think about their purpose in life and move accordingly in order to achieve a goal that they have in the back of their mind.
