How do you introduce a practical and industry-oriented approach towards subjects?

“Through Apprenticeship, hands-on projects and training programs”

To enforce a practical and industry-oriented approach, I do follow various practices and some of the prominent ones are that we have made projects and Internships in the industry (after every even semester) a mandatory part of the curriculum, which helps us to make a strong base of students to work in industries. Also, training is provided to students in their lab sessions and via special workshops to brush up their skills.
