How does BGU enhance the skills of the faculty and prepare them according to the industry standards?

Obviously being a university and which is a very new university it has facilitated in the skill and knowledge e development of the faculties by FTPS, MDPS, conferences, colloquiums, Interactions with industries. Yeah, that's why I'm referencing two different industries where the facility can go. Interacting with the industry guys about our own should be in tech which is a very known institute and we get help from them also in interacting with the industries.

When you first came to BGU, what was your vision for the university?

Being a teacher I have improved day by day no doubt and the opportunity given by BGU is immense and I am trying to improve day by day. What do you see as BGU's greatest strengths?

Our faculty is our greatest strength, and we are working towards the expanded version by including new technologies, new improvements and new curriculum. BGU brand itself is a big facilitator, the quality of students we get so these are the strength and the connection that we create out of our students, alumni and everybody. So that is our biggest strength.

How did BGU operate during COVID 19 and what strategies were formulated and used to keep education ongoing? Are any of those strategies still in effect?

At the time of COVID, when there are constraints on physical classes we switched to online classes. Classes and different online courses have been implemented. These strategies are continuous learning. There are many concepts, things that we had booked for fun and still we are improving on. Faculties like online classrooms are becoming more and more interactive through the inclusion of new gadgets like smart boards and all and then the second thing is we are trying to create our own online teaching databases. The teachers are more engaged in that.

What valuable advice would you like to the students for them to have a prosperous career ahead?

Oh. Frankly speaking, students are very dynamic nowadays. Their IQ level has increased. My thoughts have increased, so the advice for them is to be a bit external, persistent and patient. These are the three things that I would do because nowadays when we feel like how students would behave in the industry we see that consistency is missing so I would like to request my students to be more consistent in whatever they are doing. obviously it is the mantra by any of the Guru and ultimately. Patient, so patience is the key.
