What keeps you connected with the education sector, and how has your experience been so far with the institute?

For many years, I served as a teacher in the education sector. However, I transitioned out of teaching and pursued a career as a mechanical engineer. I have acquired global expertise in subjects such as computer-aided design, computer-aided manufacturing, automotive engineering, power plant engineering, and energy engineering during my association with educational institutions. In the course of my career, I developed a strong connection with various industries. It has been my passion to actively engage in and contribute to these fields.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

I look forward to guiding my team and achieving the best possible results. I aim to create a comfortable work environment for them, providing ample information and support. Ultimately, I hope that our efforts will benefit both our college and our students.

What are your roles and responsibilities towards the students and the institute?

I interact with companies on a day-to-day basis, engaging with both management and engineering students. I am keenly invested in shaping their future. Having been connected with companies for many years, I have invited them to visit our campus to hire the best talent available at our college.

We have witnessed numerous placement opportunities in recent years, achieving a 100% placement rate for both our engineering and management students. We aspire to maintain this positive trend in the years to come. What do you think is the greatest strength of your institute?

Our institute’s greatest strength lies in our highly supportive management, which extends its support not only to our department but also to others. The management is transparent, and our infrastructure is of high quality. Additionally, we have a strong student intake. What I consider the best strength, however, is our consistent achievement of a 100% placement rate.

As you hold a very important position in this institute, you must have had some lessons to share with the students. Would you like to share some such lessons?

I want to encourage students to enter the workforce early. Early career engagement not only shapes their lives positively but also contributes significantly to both the country’s development and their family’s well-being. This advice underscores the transformative impact of early professional experiences on personal and societal levels.
