How do you ensure a healthy relations with the students and faculty?

“Through Constant talks and knowledge sharing sessions”

Usually, I interact with the students every week in the classroom. I used to resolve students’ issues then and there and also motivate them to overcome their fears either in academics or in personal life. Coming to the faculty, I sometimes act a bit strict to the faculty in terms of academics (Class deliverables and result driven outcomes) and will move freely otherwise sharing the knowledge of various aspects.

What challenges have you faced while uplifting the quality of education?

“Real challenge for us is to admit students in other departments other than Computer Science”

The real challenge nowadays for the Electrical & Electronics Engineering department is to get the students admitted in this course as everyone is moving towards Computer Science. The other challenge is to make them entrepreneurs rather than getting placed in a good company.
