Application Fee

The application fee for the PG Diploma course is INR 1770 (1500+270 (18% GST)). The application fee for the M.Sc course is INR 2360 (2000+ 360 (18% GST)).

Documents Required

Passport size colour photograph (self-signed) of the candidate is to be affixed on the Admission Application Form.
Matric or equivalent certificate for Date of Birth.
10+1 and 10+2 Detail Marks Card.
Detail Marks sheets of Graduation
Migration Certificate.
Character certificate from Institution last attended.
Punjab Residence Certificate.
Reserved Category Certificate
Undertaking by the candidate for Gap year in original, if any.
Undertaking from parent/Guardian (Compulsory).
Photocopy of Adhar Card of candidate, of candidate’s mother and of candidate’s father.
Bank Demand Draft in Original.

Candidates must submit the self-attested hard copy of all the documents along with the admission form at the Principal’s office, GGS Medical College, Faridkot.
