To be considered for admission to the five-year B.Arch program at BMS College of Architecture, students must have a valid NATA score and a ranking from one of the following entrance exams:

• Common Entrance Test (CET)
• Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK)

In accordance with the regulations stipulated by the Council of Architecture (Minimum Standard of Architectural Education, Regulations 2020):
No candidate can be admitted to the architecture course unless they have successfully completed the 10+2 scheme (i.e., 12th Std or II-PUC) examination, obtaining a minimum qualifying score of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Additionally, the candidate should have achieved at least 50% marks in aggregate at the 10+2 level examination or passed the 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject, scoring a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate.
Moreover, in either of the aforementioned scenarios, the candidate must have appeared for and passed the aptitude test in architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e., JEE) or "NATA" administered by the Council of Architecture.
To be eligible for admission to the first year of the 5-year bachelor's degree program in architecture for the academic session, the candidate must fulfill both the eligibility criteria I and II.

NMIMS BSSA Mumbai B.Arch Admission 2024

To qualify for B.Arch, candidates should have passed the 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Additionally, they must secure at least 50% marks in the aggregate of the 10+2 level examination.
