The course is intended to extend highly experienced HR professionals. It imparts the skill, knowledge, and experiences that are indispensable to direct an organization’s HR department. This program offers in the disciplines of OB (Organisational Behaviour), HRM (Human Resource Management), and IR (Industrial Relations). Students from other study backgrounds like Marketing, Strategic Management, Operations, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Information Systems, and Business Ethics can study. Other major reasons include top-notch faculty, great internship and placement opportunities in terms of role and CTC, IMT’s eligibility, and excellent performances in recognized marketing and strategy B Schools competitions. PGDM Finance/PGDM Full Time (Finance): This one is most suitable for aspirants who are interested in Finance.
