Maharashtra MBA Admission is conducted on the basis of an entrance exam. The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MAH CET) is the annual state-level common selection test for admission to MBA programs offered by participating universities of Maharashtra. It is officially known as MAH MBA/MMS-CET. The MAH MBA CET counseling is ongoing.
Maharashtra MBA Admission 2024 is conducted by The Commissionerate, Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai. The entrance test was conducted across 47 urban areas in the state of Maharashtra. MAH CET MBA is followed by the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) counseling in which the candidates will be allotted MBA seats in MAH CET participating colleges based on their scores.
Candidates holding a graduation degree from a recognized college are qualified for confirmation through MAH CET. Candidates should score 45% at least to take admission to the MBA course in Maharashtra. MAH-CET score is accepted by more than 300 public/private business schools in Maharashtra including KJ SIMSR Mumbai, L.N Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, etc.

Maharashtra MBA Admission 2024: Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must have passed at least a 3-year undergraduate degree in any discipline with 50% marks from a recognized university by UGC/AIU.
- For reserved categories and disabled people (having a place with Maharashtra State in particular), a total of 45% is required. Candidates who have a place with a reserved classification need to deliver a "Caste Validity Certificate" issued by the Scrutiny Committee of the Social Welfare Department and candidates having a place with the ST office should submit a "tribunal Validity Certificate" issued by the Scrutiny Committee of Tribal office.
- Reserved candidates who don't have a place with SC/ST also need to possess a legitimate Non-Creamy layer certificate.
- Final-year students are also eligible to apply.
- The percentage of marks must be adjusted to two places after the decimal point.

Maharashtra MBA Admission Form 2024
- All eligible applicants have to register for the Maharashtra MBA test MAH CET through the online portal cetcell.mahacet.org till February 22, 2024.
- Visit the official website and get registered by filling in the required details.
- Upload the Scanned Documents
- Pay the Application Fees and Keep the printout for future use.
- Download your Admit Card after payment of Application fees. MAH CET Admit Card.
- MAH CET 2024 is scheduled to be conducted in mid-March 2024 in an online (computer-based) mode.
- There will be many exam centers across 36 cities in Maharashtra and exam centers in 13 cities outside the state.

Maharashtra MBA Admission 2024: Counselling Process
- Admission to MBA will start with the counseling process after the declaration of results, the MAH CET 2024.
- The marks scored become the basis of admission and applicants will be selected for admission to the respective management colleges based on the merit list.
- All eligible applicants must book their seats as per their priority colleges.
- Required documents for verification rounds must be produced during the admission process.
- Candidates after giving a specific College will have to report to that college for further Verification Process.
- State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will conduct MAH CET 2024 MBA counseling in a centralized manner.
- Applicants from outside Maharashtra must have a valid CAT / MAT / CMAT / GMAT / XAT / ATMA score to apply for admission to MAH CET MBA 2024. The process is carried out by the State Joint Entrance Test Cell.
