The college has an E-library and lots of books so the students can go to the library for more references. Each Classroom has a digital class and I haven't seen them in use.

Actually, there are no additional fees for the students who got admission thorough merit other than the exam fee decided by the university, and the college only asks for a small amount as PTA fund. And there is a semester fee for the self-financing departments. My annual fee is only my exam fee which is 1500 Rs.
