I chose this course simply because I got that via my preference list moreover I have heard a lot that the botany department of DRC is really good. coming to the faculty there are sufficient profs over every student and It's like a 7:1 ratio. Most of the profs are Ph.D. and gate net set qualified teachers and except for a few they have a very dynamic teaching style and make you fall in love with the subject that they teach. the term exams were more of an open book exam and they were easy

I found interest in botany. The facilities are very nice. Faculties have done their Ph.D. and have good ways of teaching to do their best. Exams are scheduled on time and a moderate level of paper and attending class and one month of preparation before the exam is enough for scoring good marks.

Our curriculum is based on CBCS but now DU has adopted NEP for the UG courses. Both the curriculum and faculty members are awesome. All the faculty members are highly qualified and experienced. They will really try to clear all your doubts in an easy way.

As a plant enthusiast, I chose BSc Botany (Hons) and the faculty of my college was really good and kind. We have more than 12-15 professors and lab helps were like 5 people. I guess every teacher were holding Ph.D. in various subjects as they are really highly qualified.
Exams timing is 3 hours for all the subjects. There are mock exams before the final exams. Final exams are held just after the mock exams. I have my practical exams and theory exams in both mock and final examinations. Teachers will help you with the examination, they will teach you every single point regarding the subject syllabus and they will try to cure every doubt of yours. If you really work hard you will get the best results and if you work moderately then you will get a really good result if you neither work hard or moderate then definitely, you will get accordingly.
I chose botany hons because of my interest in the subject. Faculty to student ratio at DRC is 1:30. All the faculty is very well qualified and engage in various teaching methods through presentations practicals etc. Term exams happen once every semester date sheet for the same is released 15-20 days in advance so there is enough time for preparation.
Science faculty is the best. Faculties are helpful and cooperative. Botany, Chemistry, zoology etc. Various Skill development programs are conducted to provide exposure to the students. The course curriculum is well updated.
Well the course is same throughout the university irrespective of the college. The slow and gradual approach to the higher more complex details by final year is quite good. The first year trying to set yourself to the new atmosphere and the curriculum does seems demanding as what we read a paragraph about in school now apparently are turned into subjects each semester.
