The eligibility criteria is very simple. You need 60% in 10th and 12th and then you have to give a entrance test called NCHMCT-JEE, which held every year in the month of June. The application forms are available on the NTA website. There are reservation facilities for category students. The exams is not that very difficult and it's easy to score.

I clear the NCHMCT entrance exam for IHM. Application fees around that time are 2500 and the form is released in Feb Yes, there is reservation benefits but I don't avail of any reservation benefit. No admission process is good even for fresh batch but only a little problem I face during my time that they don't tell us that we also have to submit counselling fees, so we face a little problem during that time.
To apply one need to give NCHMT exam. According to rank college is allotted. The admission process was easy and the faculty is helpful. I have not applied for any quota for my admission. Though there were some.
For the hotel management degree course, there are lots of private colleges, but I choose to go with govt. Ones, and admission is straight, the colleges you'll be getting depends on the nchmct rank, higher the rank, better the college. The counseling was really easy, nothing to worry about just take your documents, that's it, you can opt for hostel at the time is counseling, and the hostel is given in the basis of rank too, and after 1st sem its given on basis of marks.
After online counselling, there's physical reporting where one has to go to the college and submit all of their documents like 10th and 12th mark sheet, NCHM Letter, fee receipts etc. After all the formalities, the child is officially admitted to the college. The process is quite clear, easy and comfortable.
The admission quota for admission is to clear the NCHMCT exam. The admission process is so easy. You go and they attend you one by one and give the details to fill. They were helpful regarding everything.
The standard criteria for this program are the upper age limit is 25 years, the candidate should have qualified 12th with the least percentage of 55%. Candidates who are wishing to join a hotel management course, have to give a jee exam which is conducted by NCHMCT. After the results, the candidates can select colleges according to the marks they have scored. After getting to the desired college, the student has to pay the seat acceptance fee which is usually Rs. 20,000/-. Then the student should physically report to the college and submit all the required documents as per the instructions given by the college. During physical reporting, the student has to pay the rest of the amount for the first semester.
