The course is of 3 years which id divided into 6 semesters. There are variety of subjects or modules in the course curriculum and all the students have to go through a compulsory 4 month internship in their 2nd year. There are end term exams held in every semester and also practical exams as well. According to me, the curriculum is not as per the industry standards and need updatation.

I chose the course because I was interested in the subjects as this is a little different from other conventional career options. the faculty is good and they are well qualified, the college is particular and strict about grooming, behaviour, discipline and also punctuality
The curricullum was very vast and in detail, i got to learn each and every nitty gritty things one could learn from theory without working in an actual working environment, the labs were fully equipped for every practical we had to do for learning what was being taught, the faculty was amazing, there are several faculty members who are always there to guide you no matter how minor the issue might be, the faculty taught us theory part in the lecture halls where we were about 60 students for one lecturer and the faculty provided notes for each and every thing that is being taught. along with theory we had practical classes daily like for kitchen, bakery, housekeeping etc. the faculty was highly qaulified in their field min. msc and some even had phd's
I choose this course because at that time it provides a good opportunity and the faculty and even other staff are good as they always help us, we even sometimes ask for their help even after college. The faculty student ratio is good as they provide 2 faculty for practical classes and also during theory there are many teachers so they all manage extra subjects also. Teachers are good, they all are experienced and their method of practical also even theory is good, we do practical for 4 hours and after 2 hours break for lunch we do theory classes, 3 classes, for 45 minutes each. Term exam is 3 hours long and yes it is not that hard to pass the exams because we generally do practical classes and also there are theory classes and even teachers also provide their best guidance so that helps us a lot.
The course provides various jobs in the hotel industry along with jobs in the airline industry and railway catering also. The faculty ratio is around 1:10 and they do take of students well. Most of the faculty members are PhD and others have a masters degree in hotel management
I choose this course because of my passion, there's no one here for the degree, everyone has a passion of their own. The faculty is really educated and experienced. I've never faced any issue with any faculty in terms of studying. Mostly all of the teachers are pretty graduated. We have 6 semesters in total, 6 months each. Mid-term exam in between the first sem then a final exam at the end of the semester, and it repeats. But we have industrial training exposure in 2nd year.
I chose this course because of the existing and bubbling scope in the hospitality and tourism industry. The course curriculum is of three years, with an Industrial Training of 17 weeks in the 2nd year. There are separate faculty for each subject, core as well as ancillary. Every teacher is well qualified. All have bachelors and masters degrees and are TET qualified. Some have a PhD too. Exams were always scheduled timely as per NCHM guidelines and were carried out smoothly. Passing completely depends upon how the child performs. Attendance plays an important role. A minimum of 75% is important with 10% relaxation on medical grounds.
This is 3 years bachelors degree course. The course starts with basic learning and ends with advanced learning. In the course, we have both theory and practical classes. As per the timetable, the class starts at 09:00 am and ends at 05:00 pm. The classes are commenced 5 days a week, i.e, Monday to Friday. Morning 09:00 to 01:00 we have practical classes then one hour break and then from 02:00 to 05:00 we have theory classes. The core departments of the hotel are Food Production, Food & Beverages, Housekeeping and Front Office. During the practical classes, different batches have different classes as per the timetable. The strength of practical classes is 35 students and the theory batch is 50 students. To talk about the faculties, each and every faculty have completed their masters in Hotel Management, some have P.hd's in some specific departments and most of them have working experience on many 5 star properties. They have amazing teaching skills.
I wanted to join the culinary sector. And wanted to be a chef. I wanted to work in the hotel industry as a chef. Faculty were very helpful they always listen to their student and always help them. Every single faculty were highly qualified. Chef was amazing personality and their teaching was so good
I chose this course because I always wanted to become a chef from my school days and this course gives enough education and practice a person needs and one of the best chefs in India was from this college so I selected this course. Teachers are very much experienced and know how to teach students and handle them and how to provide the best education to students. There are more than enough teachers in college. Term exams are actually not difficult if you were good in school then you should pass this too and also practicals are easy if you attend classes and give assessments on time.
