The freedom they give to attend classes. They are no pressure of attendance. So you can attend classes of your own will. There are lots of social works also they do. And it is very good. Teachers are very polite and generous.

Dislikes

There are very delay in administrative work. They give a time but they will not come at that time. They are too late

It has well career backgroud and it is not that difficult. If you study then you will get a job. It a good course and very optimized. Exams timing are good and sufficient. It is very easy not so difficult

Old Memories and college Days

Likes

The environment of the college is very attractive and calm.
The gymnastics of the college.after reading I also hang out this room.
The teachers and the union are very helpful and friendly.

Dislikes

The play room is very dirty it needs much improvement.
Outside of the college is very dirty.college authorities should complain on the local municipality.
Some toilet bathrooms are too dirty for use.its need immediate action.

Likes

Excellent teaching faculty. Specially the Sociology department
Very supportive staffs and office members.
A huge collection of books in library. Good to go

Dislikes

Please try to maintain the ceiling fans.
Please maintain the hygiene in toilets and washroom
Please maintain a proper decorum before the college campuses. It's become too crowded.

Placement Experience:

From the end of second year placement starts in college. But in maximum cases it starts during the first of 3rd year. TCS is the main recruiter in this college as per my knowledge. Other companies also come. Nearly 300000/- is average lpa.

College for everyone Bangabasi college

Likes

The ratio of girls to the boys is almost same. There is friendly environment between students.
The college department is very helpful to students and teachers are very co-operative and always ready to help students if there's any problem
Infrastructure is well developed and various indoor sports activities availabe like carrom and table tennis

Dislikes

There's no big playground available for students to engage in physical activity

I choose this course because it provides a large number of job opportunities in future and it also helps to deal with real world applications. There are some courses which needs to be improved. Timing is enough for students and difficulty level increases as semester increases

The teachers are very helpful and polite . A regular student is always pampered by the teachers.
The hospitality, the approach and helpful nature of seniors
The availablity of everything you need for college is there just beside the college

Dislikes

The washrooms..are too dirty and shallow
Some staffs are too rude when asked something
There is no play ground.. very less greenary

Bangabasi Evening College Overview

Likes

As it was an Evening College attendance was not an issue.
Teachers were very helpful and would help you whenever they want.
The college is very affordable and located near the Station

Dislikes

For Payment of fees there were long queues
and for Submission of Projects you have to wait in Lines for hours.
And the teachers came late while distribution of admit card

Course Curriculum Overview:

It was the best college for pursuing something other than studies. As attendance is not an issue. There were no minimum attendance required that is the reason I joined the college. It won't prepare you for the real world. The curriculum is very outdated. The course can include Tally and Income Tax in the curriculum coz it is the Industry standard to get this knowledge as an accountant. Exam took place every 6 months and it is not that difficult but 3rd Sem and 5th Sem is difficult.

Good infrastructure and helpful attitude of the officials.
The Fees structure which is very affordable for any middle class student.
Connectivity is very good due to its proximity near the Sealdah Rail Station.

Dislikes

The campus is too much congested and the nearby roads are very dirty.
Studies could have been better as compared to other colleges.
The Students' Union is totally under political control.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The College curriculums are more or less good in all aspects. Although there could be more improvements in the Teaching Methods and conducting of classes. Each Semester end exams are taken within a gap of 6 months. But total classes conducted in these period is hardly 60-70 days.

I have taken BCom Honours in accounting and the course is quite good but the teachers are also good but that teaching ways not so good like that means sometimes the teacher comes in the class sometimes they don't come in the class we wait for them like a more than our but the teachers not come.
