Outdoor sports- For outdoor sports, the college is equipped with a good playground area. There are games like Cricket, Volleyball, Kabaddi, and Kho-Kho which can be played on the main playground premises. The college premises also have two Badminton courts and a Basketball court
Hostel- Nagpur Veterinary College has a separate hostel for U.G and P.G. students. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. All the rooms in the hostel are well ventilated, aerated, and furnished. The hostels have 24 hours electricity and water supply. Facilities like water coolers with aqua guard filters, refrigerators, and Geyser facilities are also available.
Medical hospital- The Teaching Veterinary Clinical Complex under Nagpur Veterinary College was established with the Central Assistance Funding from the ICAR New Delhi. The establishment of this Veterinary Hospital in the college has fulfilled a long-felt need of NVC which did not have a Veterinary Hospital of its own. NAGPUR veterinary college, Nagpur was my first choice of preference since it's the best veterinary College in State located at the close proximity of Maharashtra animal and fisheries sciences University, Nagpur . Students are required to clear NEET exam to apply for the college , for state quota the cutoff is arounf 490 to 570 marks and for all india quota the cutoff is usually higher than this

Admission is on the basis of marks of neet examination and then you have to register in University website mafsu in bvsc. There will be four round two will be regional round . Cutoff vary according to neet results

Truly having great lab and exploration group with college scholastics having The assessment design for college under-studies with three Inner evaluation and one annual assessment for each expert year.
Course structure is fine and not much complicated everything is pre informed to the student and on their website everything related to the course is mentioned.internals are held every year and there is final exams also.class performance also matters a lot. Mostly practical work is done compared to the written work.
The course is 4 year long and the main thing we learn about is the application of medical and diagnostic to various types of animals.There are total 3 internals that held in 1 year and final exam is also held.
The course curriculum of my college was very good. All the subjects were well taught by qualified teachers. The labs, classrooms, library, etc., were well constructed and equipped with modern technology.

The duration of the course is three years in which we get to learn about how the diversity of the rare and endangered species is maintained and preserved.The course description involves the subjects like livestock production, principles of population & animal genetics, veterinary gross anatomy, avian production management, applied animal nutrition, commercial hatchery management, techniques and principles of veterinary etc.Thus the students are able to learn crossbreeding/inbreeding effects and make decisions on physical structure of the animal species.

At the PG level, the college offers a Master's degree in Veterinary Science.
