Kannur University, Distance Education, Kannur Kerala was established in the year 2002 as a Public Educational Institute to provide higher education to build a career in the field of Management, Humanities and Science. Kannur University, School of Distance Education has an Affiliation with reputed Distance Education Bureau (DEB). Kannur University Distance Education Application Process
Candidates who are willing to take admission into the university must fill the application form online.
- Further candidates have to submit the application form along with the documents required to the office of the Director, School of Distance Education, Kannur University, Thavakkara, Civil Station P O – 670002.
- The application form is available online on the university website. Candidates should make sure that the application form must be filled completely and carefully.
- Candidates can either pay fees online through Net banking, debit/credit card or through challans in Treasury [Head of Account 8658-00-102-96(27) KUS] or In SBI [Head of Account 109-010] Or DD in favour of Finance Officer, payable at SBI, South Bazar Branch, Kannur (only for applicants outside Kerala).

The Kannur University School of Distance Education awards scholarships to all learners belonging to the Scheduled caste/Scheduled Tribe.
