Basanti Devi College have a very good atmosphere unlike from other colleges

Likes

I like our library area a lot its very peaceful
Our auditorium is very big and spacious and full ac facilities
The behaviour of teachers are very good and they guide us a lot

Dislikes

Everybody is not friendly enough they don't like to give us notes
Washroom is not clean and unhygienic pad machines don't work at all
Don't like unnecessary attitudes of NCC seniors very rude

From 1st semester only students become eligible for campus placement many companies give opportunities like selvel and etc. There is no fixed percentage required in my course we have to make an assignment out of my experience in intership and college will give us marks after getting the degree in communicative English I'm gonna pursue my career in Journalism and Mass Communication

Likes

The faculties are very good and supportive and helps everyone
Even after coming home you need something one can ask the CR to call the prof for something even online class facility was there is physical class is mot happening
The campus is good very environmental frndly even have solar panels even let the students organise different activities of our choice

Dislikes

Nothing I disliked the college is very good

Placement Experience:

Yes placement is offered by our college but not in campus as campus is not that big to offer campusing but the college faculty provides us different company brochure so that we can fill form from their directly and company will call us individually for interview in their office. Mahindra tech ICICI bank and many more came we also got various intership programs under those companies.

Likes

Basanti Devi College provided a collaborative environment for girls.
Experienced faculty with core knowledge helped in solving various doubts.
The location of the college was prime and commute was possible.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum in Political Science consisted of Introduction to Political Theory, Public Administration, Political Ideology, Comparitive Government to name a few. It introduced us to several real world concepts and how politics influences the mahinery of every common human aspect.

My college life

Admission:

I got admission by filling the form online, my friend who is already a student of this college helped me to get admission. But 45% in Subject or allied subject and 50% in aggregate is compulsory to apply for the specific course. after that, my name was there in the second merit list and they called me for the documentation process. Finally, I got admission very smoothly because of my friend Also there is a reservation of 3% seats for physical handicap and blind students.
