The placement is decent. The average package of the college is 12LPA. The highest one going around 35LPA. But a thing to be kept in mind is that all these numbers are for the people who have a very strong CV

A lot of students don't actually sit for placements as they want to pursue professional courses or UPSC or Masters but from the number of students that sit in placements, almost all get good jobs in the industry. SRCC is famous for its placement and internship opportunities. Highest package is about 40lpa and average is around 12-14lpa. 95% of students get placed. I am pursuing CA so I'll sit in placements for articleship

The main subjects of my course that is bcom hons is fine which includes business law financial accounting management and one general elective that is microeco of mine. But the subjects of VAC SEC AEC is i feel waste of time. I think these should not be included in the curriculum because on ground relality it doesnt add much value to us. If i give an example like i have chosen vedic maths as my SEC , but in that basic addition multiplication etc is been thought. This everyone had studied in their school which is so basic that the ones who have not studied would also know. So its more of a waste of time as we have to attend the classes just because of thw attendance. The class test was conducted of 24 marks which included 3 questions of 12 marks each and you have to attempt any 2 Timing was of 1 hr

Placements are offered by the college, and companies like Deutche Bank, KPMG, Deloitte, BOFA, visit the campus. Last year, the highest package was 35LPA and the average package was 13LPA. Usually the students are getting placed as Analysts in these firms. About 50% of the total students are able to secure placements. However, due to the college alumni network and brand name, everyone can secure a job externally as well. I am planning on giving CAT and securing admission to IIM to pursue MBA, as are many of my peers. Others are planning to do CA or UPSC.

The college placements are quite good with highest packages going upto 36 lakhs. Although I am thinking to pursue Masters after this and not considering a placement just after undergrad. The college placements are pretty good but only for people who have worked hard and have good grades.

The course content and structure is very good. Not only is it super practical, it takes a toll on the student to actually study in order to pass. Mugging up doesn't make a student pass in srcc. You need to study. Negatives are it is a very heavy course sometimes so we can't do a lot of societies with it that bcom students can do.
