  • There were few instances where the faculty felt incompetent or not in line with the topic which was dealt to them
  • Few committees were preferred by some teachers while others were neglected hence there was some partiality regarding the same

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is not in life with real world the internship provided helps alot in getting the real world exposure but the course itself lacks in providing the need of the hour and hence it doesn't make a person ready to go out and earn and there is a huge lag in these areas

Internships Opportunities :

DE Shaw , EY , GT , Zomato and various companies offers internship and full time offers offering stipend from 15000 to 75000 per month . There were also government internships which were great for getting into MCA related jobs

Placement Experience :

The placement market was impacted alot due to the post COVID effects but the college had some great placement and internship offers reaching upto 31L per annum . The average package ranged around 5-6 Lakhs per annum

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The year wise fees paid by me was around 24,000 and it was cumulative of all fees there was not any extra fees the relaxation provided for category was around 150rs and the fees structure of my fellow mates was similar varying only because of the category. There was no system of scholarship that I am aware of and there were Alumni form fees of 700rs and once a management fees of around 300 was charged aside there were no other extra fees charged

Campus Life :

There was alot of social and sports gatherings. But the environment was also brutally competitive hence making it very hard to enjoy other events . The college had various committees related events which invited various guets like Karan aujhla etc and hence giving people who love events and get together a great opportunity to explore and enjoy

Admission :

The college is ranked the best in Asia for commerce hence it provides the best exposure than others . The admission process was merit based when I applied for and it all took place on DU Portal and was very easy going. The cut off list would be launched by SRCC after a week for next cutoff and upon clearing the same the admission would be successful and reflected in portal

Faculty :

The exams are dependent on the CBCS model and consists of 4-6 exams per semester. There are alot of instances of inconsistency in marking of the exams. The faculty to student ratio is not appropriate as required hence alot of classes being delayed and not taken for weeks and then rushed at last the faculties are approachable and helping aside from few.

Night Life :

The gym , cafes and public area are a charm of North campus hence the night life is always alive with presence of various cafes a public park various cafes like Bistro, public library is also available to read

Placement Experience:

Campus placement in my college is pretty average as only some people get selected while companies come to recruit student who are in their final year. The average package offered to the students in here is around 4,00,000 to 5,00,000 and the highest package anyone has got is about 10,00,000. Meanwhile some people do not go for the campus recruitment as they want to pursue higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I decided for this course, because I'm from commerce stream and my goals for CA. So I decided to do a additional degree also. It's also helps me for CA preparation. I think teachering method is too good. Lecturers are also too helping nature behaviour with students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Due to my interest in Accountancy subject, I chose this course instead of B.Com program. Besides, this course provides more knowledge in real life than the program course. Subjects like accounting standards and SM have proven to be very important in the real life world. If someone has opted for B.Com Honors then according to the difficulty level, for normal student this is medium difficulty level, otherwise it varies from student to student

Our college does not provide placement but sometimes provides things like internship, the process of which is quite difficult and it is for 3rd year students only. No company visits me; no big company comes even for internship Neither is it a big nor an average package

In my particular course that is BCom (hons) it does not provides any choice for the AEC cource in 2nd and 3rd sem, student have to select hindi which is not good at all. Every sem is of approx 4 months, so the frequency of exams is after every 4 months and one has to clear 7 papers in order to pass the sem exam.
