They provide internships to some selected students who are good in their academics and software trainee is the role offered to them and the stipend is 18000 per month. the internships are provided and if they perform well they are guaranteed a permanent job

In our college there will be so many companies coming for internships and some companies offers a stipend of up to ninety thousand for two months and some internships they will offer a stipend of ten thousand a month but all of it depends on how well u attempts the exam there are so many ways u can get an Internship the roles offered are related to the technical background only. I have done a small project in which we created a front end for a website with our own theme.
Placement Experience:
Students from the 7th semester and above are eligible for campus placements. The top companies that visit our college during the campus placements are GE Digital, IBM, Google, TATA, Indian Oil, ITC Limited and Reliance. The highest package offered is 41.5 lakhs per annum and the lowest average package offered is 4.07 lakhs per annum. The academic excellence at the SRM Engineering College is reflected in its student's exemplary record in placements in the corporate and engineering sectors. Around 90-93% of the total students who are sitting for placements get placed during the campus placements.

Not topmost but average companies like TCS, Wipro and small start-up gave opportunities to us for internship. we can gain more knowledge and can participate in many events organised by different clubs. we work on many projects at the 2nd last or in last year to boost up our resume.

Good placement company like hcl wipro hyundai ford zoho range HTC tcs capgemini tech mahindra and capital Honda.

From 8th-semester students get eligible for placements. Companies like Amazon, CISCO, DBS, SAP Labs, HSBC Google, Goldman Sachs, Directi, Microsoft and so on. Microsoft recruited a student with a package of Rs. 38.5 lakhs per annum. Average package is of 4-6Lakhs. Above 90% of students get placed. To get a decent job.
Placement Experience:
This is the sector where I am least satisfied because as a mechanical engineer very few companies visit for our branch. And also which comes they recruiting only few candidates. So it's very difficult to get placed in a core companies. Accept this IT companies amount is enormous comparing to the core and also they recruit many students and good package. Most percentage of students are placed in mass companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Congnizant,etc creating average placements percentage higher.
